Event: Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Programs as a Strategy to Advance Maternal Health

The Wilson Center will host another fantastic event within their Maternal Health Initiative program on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Programs as a Strategy to Advance Maternal Health.  The event will highlight the intersection of access to quality water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and how it relates to maternal and child health.  Merri Weinger, Annie Toro, Lisa Meadowcroft, Lenka Benova, and Luis Mora will speak on the various programs, completed and ongoing, focused on using WASH to bolster maternal health programs.

The event will be held at the Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. (RSVP here), but if you can’t make it in person, there will also be a live webcast of the event.

Time: 12:00-2:00pm EST on March 10, 2014
