Rural Women Development and Health Initiative (RUWDHI)
Rural Women Development and Health Initiative (RUWDHI) is a community based non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Cape Coast, Ghana. The organization was started by Miss Suzzy Philips and Mr. Nii Boye Evans in 2002 and officially became an NGO in 2007. RUWDHI is a non-partisan, non-governmental and non-profit organization. The organization was founded to improve the socioeconomic status and wellbeing of marginalized people, especially women and children who live in rural Ghana.
