BetterCareTogether

BetterCareTogether was a social networking platform for maternal and newborn health care professionals to connect, share and discuss evidence-based resources. The platform—supported by the Maternal Health Task Force, the Oxford Maternal and Perinatal Health Institute and the Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research—provided users with a trustworthy source for up-to-date resources on the best maternal and newborn health evidence, a network of health professionals to discuss how best to apply them in practice and ongoing support for learning and professional development. BetterCareTogether’s online community aimed to close the gap between knowledge and practice in order to improve global maternal and newborn health outcomes.
